STRONG RECOMMEND. Dedicated GF + vegan & keto. Had a delicious olive sourdough, and the peanut butter cup cookie is to die for! Owner/chef has celiac and is very attentive.

Lots or variety of pastry’s. Gluten free and celiac. My son loved picking out the Oreo brownie. He said it was great. I definitelyrecommend this Pastry store for anyone.

Delaney has really crushed it with dairy and gluten free treats. I like to stop in when I’m in the area and pick out a few items to try with friends and family.
My non gluten free friends are so surprised when they realize they are gluten and dairy free.
Definitely worth the stop in even if it is a drive for you, it’s worth it!

Everything we make is 100% celiac safe and vegan, and our menu rotates weekly (we post the menu on social media before opening each day). We sell a variety of baked goods including cookies, cookie sandwiches, cupcakes, cake pops, brownies, frosted cookies, keto protein donuts, keto bars, sourdough bread, macarons, and more!

I got some of the sourdough bread and the peach cheesecake. It was delicious! I am definitely going to go back. I wish they were open more days! I highly recommend this bakery.

Holy smokes the coffee cake is beyond amazing. We also got some frozen gf sourdough bread, a macaron, which our 4 year old daughter said, “it tastes like cotton candy butter with a bunch of sparkles in my mouth!” And a keto peanut butter bar which was so decadent. We drove down from Roseville, and this place is vegan and gluten free, so we were able to enjoy some fun treats with our friend who can’t do dairy or eggs. Such a great place.

I checked the spot out last Friday- It’s all GF! And Vegan, some Keto. They opened at 1:00. I got there at 1:00 and there was a line of at least 10 to 15 people in front of me and then it continued out the door. She has a wide variety of delicious treats! She is just starting the store front and is only open on the weekends. She also does the Folsom farmers market on Saturday mornings. I bought one of probably half of her items and have been eating one thing a day and it’s all been delicious. 😋😋😋 Check out her FB & IG for weekly menus. I got chocolate peanut butter eggs, a snickerdoodle cookie, a confetti cookie, a lemon cupcake, a chocolate cake pop, a chocolate cookie dough cakepop, red velvet cakepop, a chocolate chip cookie sandwich, an Oreo rice crispy treat, and a loaf of sourdough garlic bread that she sells from another GF bread baker.
