Almost all of the food is gluten free and of the highest caliber, I was stunned by how delicious their food was. The chef is very knowledgeable as is the staff. Truly spectacular not just as a gluten friendly restaurant but also as a regular restaurant. GF dessert, tapas, alcohol and appetizers.
Almost all of the items are naturally gluten-free at this Tapas restaurant. Our waiter, Michael, follows a gf diet (non-celiac) and assured us the two chefs are very cautious about avoiding cross contamination once "celiac" is noted. The glazed carrots and the chicken skewers were excellent. So were the cream cheese stuffed peppers but they were hot peppers so be cautious.
