The chef walked me through and everything but the dessert is gluten free. They even have Posole! I love the centurion lounges. I have never got sick eating at them. They are a life saver at airports!! Make sure you ask a kitchen worker so they bring out the chef to help you. Others don’t know the menu

Asked if there were any gluten free options and were told that nothing was gluten free. Asked to speak to a manager and they said that the cold salad bar items were mostly gluten free, but that the only warm item that was gluten free was the shishito peppers (they couldn’t even confirm that the rice was okay).
Disappointed in Amex’s inability to give customers with celiac / other allergies options.

— No gluten-free information on the menu

No celiac safe food options (except bananas and coffee). Chef told me to move along if this is “that serious of an allergy”. Kitchen and chef at Centurion Lounge are incapable/untrained/uncaring enough to help find gluten free food that would be safe to eat.
