UPDATE: I ate here for the third time and did not get sick. My NIMA also didn’t find any gluten.

They offer gluten free bread and prepare gluten free sandwiches in a separate area and will mark them as an allergy or preference. My NIMA sensor showed gluten free, and I did not get sick (I am very sensitive). Their sandwiches are small but pretty much the same size as the non-gf ones. They also have a section of gf crackers, rice, and pasta although many of the crackers have dairy. I am able to eat non-cow dairy, but I didn’t see any vegan cheese options. I bought pre-packaged goat cheese, so I am not sure how they prepare/cut the other cheeses.
