Contrary to the last review, the Classic Cafe is under new ownership and there is no longer a dedicated toaster or cooking space. I was told that most everything would come into contact with gluten. I felt safe with a bowl of fresh fruit and 2 eggs. Would not recommend.

I told them explicitly I was gluten free. Found out afterward that i ate parts or a flour tortilla. 2 stars and not 1 because the food was legitimately tasty at a reasonable price, but i am going to be suffering for the rest of the day.

They either didnt know or didnt care about gluten free despite having a sign.

The staff was helpful in determining what was gluten free. They have toast, english muffins, bagels and blueberry muffins that are GF. They will prepare french toast as well. They cook on a separate grill for celiacs. We’ve had a good experience here but are not super sensitive to cross contamination. Worth a try!
