Usually I get the BBQ chicken platter with double slaw & deviled eggs, no beans nor bread. This has been safe for me. Ribs are safe too. Just make sure to tell them not to let the bread get anywhere near your plate. No GF desserts are available.

Service was good and the server seemed knowledgeable and understanding of my needs, however, I was very sick after the meal and I am not normally very sensitive. I ordered ribs, baked beans and slaw.

I’ve eaten here every time I visit Graceland. I am a highly sensitive celiac. I order the brisket, cole slaw and baked beans and I’ve never gotten sick. BBQ sauce is gf. In fact, we buy a few bottles to take home. This establishment is very friendly. Every waitress I’ve had listens to me and takes good care in handling my order.

We called prior to visiting and felt confident in going here for lunch. We were greeted by a friendly face. Our waitress however was one of the least friendly, grumpy women we have come across. Ordering was miserable. Couldn’t give any firm details on what was GF and what wasn’t. Apparently the manager I spoke with was on break and unreachable. I can’t say if we will react yet as we just left. But I do not recommend the Commissary at all.

Got sick after eating here. Had slaw and chicken. Waiter also didn't write down any of our orders. Seemed confused about the whole no bread thing.

The staff said the meat, sauces, slaw, and beans are gf. My meat came out with bread on it, but the server apologized and took it back and brought out meat without bread. I feel ok the day after, but I’m not super sensitive. In general, I haven’t found any bbq place in Memphis that inspires much confidence that they even know what gluten is, but this was the best I found.

The server response to GF: Basically everything here is GF, she seemed clueless. After a long wait, I had mine boxed up and watched everyone else eat. Will not return.

Ordered just ribs, they came out with bread. They were real apologetic and made sure the gal in the kitchen changed gloves before re-making my plate. They told me the bean and the fries were the only gf sides but it's the same fryer. So I had a meat only dinner.
