I went to the new location in Walnut Creek today. Ordered the Brown Derby salad (it’s always been gluten free), reminded them that I was a Celiac and expressed how important it was to be careful. They even came back and said the chef was informed. Well the salad came with two croutons on it. They couldn’t figure out how those got there…
