Review of The Coplin Dinner House

While they don’t have a specific gluten-free menu or marked items, the staff is extremely knowledgeable. Our server was able to indicate most things, and when not able she would go straight to the chef for clarification. They immediately indicated their care during prep, and when my original order turned out to include gluten, they were quick to inform me so that I could request something else. Many of their items can also be adjusted to avoid gluten as needed. Overall, the food was incredible (especially the dessert), and I had absolutely no issues afterwards. Highly recommend.
