While they use Unrefined bread (they are neighbors and share an interior entrance) they cross contaminate like crazy. They changed gloves but then placed it on the same counters/cutting boards and used the same knives. Heated sandwiches go into the same press. Not for those of us with celiac.
Corner Market is housed right next door to an Unrefined Bakery, where they get all the breads they use for gluten-free sandwiches. The staff here is very friendly, and they have a list on the wall of gluten-free deli salads and dressings. They'll clean the sandwich press before using it on your GF bread, and they'll change out their gloves, but the place does make a LOT of regular sandwiches, so I'm not sure how to gauge cross-contamination for a Celiac. However, their gluten-free BLT is the bomb, their salad case is absolutely full of fantastic and delicious gluten-free options, and this lovely little place - which even has kombucha in the drink case - has become a weekly go-to for me since going gluten free. :)
