Review of The Country Cat

Update 3/1/2024: sad news. Our go to place will go away in 2 months with the new airport area opening. They wull bebthere but more grab and go vs sitdown. My wife and I were just admiring what a great pre-flight refuge the Country Cat has been for the quality food and comfortable ambience.

Always tough to find good gluten free options in an airport. My wife was pleasantly surprised that the had gluten free toast here. Breakfast was wonderful. Will be our planned stop bow at PDX airport gates D/E area.
