They were able to tell me what precautions they do take and what they don't. They cook the gluten free buckwheat crepes on the same grill as everything else but they said they would clean it. I didn't care for the taste of the buckwheat crepe for the savory but it was still good with the fruit & whipped cream.

Just ordered dessert crepes from there, staff was knowledgeable, got a freshly cleaned grill, wiped down the space and used seperate utinsels. Like a previous reviewer said - gf crepes are buckwheat.
