Enjoyed their breakfast twice so far, potato/ bacon-egg frittata w/gf roll and fresh fruit cup. Half the roll I added a piece of the frittata and it reminded me of a potato and egg on a roll from NY back when I ate gluten. Roll was soft and didn’t fall to pieces. It was delicious. My first time I believe it was a Mediterranean omelette (had olives and capers) with home fries and fresh fruit cup instead or gf roll. Not the usual omelette fixings, I really enjoyed. Both times were accompanied by a fresh cup of cappuccino. Definitely a treat for a Celiac.

Love, love, love it here. This cute little place has amazing gluten free food. I haven’t gotten sick here, and I’m very sensitive. It’s fresh and delicious. They also have DF butter :)

Delightful breakfast spot! Our server said they can do nearly any item on their menu GF. GF pancakes were delicious and the non-celiacs loved the chocolate chip pancakes and salmon avocado toast. We got pastries to go (GF brownies plus an assortment of non-GF). All staff members were spoke to were friendly and attentive. Ambience was attractive and comfortable; bathrooms were very clean and pleasantly decorated. We were just passing through Stroudsburg, but would definitely eat here again!

I highly recommend. Reasonably priced and was able to get gluten-free pancakes with fruit, substituting a gf bun for an English muffin, and even gluten-free tortillas for the huevos rancheros.

We can here for a late lunch and our waitress was knowledgeable about our needs. The gluten free bun was very good. The gluten free pancakes were very light and had a bit of a sourdough/teff taste. Would definitely return!!!

My celiac kids enjoyed their GF pancakes, and we felt very safe due to the server's knowledge. My husband had a delicious Mexican omlet. However, I was very dissappointed with the corned beef hash after reading such good reviews of it. The corned beef was just rubbery small cubes of meat and my over-easy egg came out with much of the white still uncooked. There were no problems with getting it taken back and recooked.

Highly recommend! Although GF is not marked on the menu, the staff is knowledgeable, and there are plenty of GF options. I had huevos rancheros one morning and a lox/avocado omelet another. Both were good, fresh, and I didn’t get sick :) I’m dairy-free, and they did a good job with that too.

Had a fantastic experience at The Cure Cafe! The gluten free pancakes were amazing! So soft and fluffy. Also ordered a gluten free brownie and blueberry muffin to go. Staff was knowledgeable and so kind. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I love the cure! It's not often I can find a place that has safe gluten free options AND the food be so delicious! We love the corned beef and hash, and can't wait to try all the options they have available the also have gf cookies and muffins if you ask!

Amazing! This place offers so many gluten-free offerings, like pancakes, bread , muffins, brownies, and cookies. This was our first time eating here, and we were blown away. This small cafe was packed for Sunday brunch, but we were lucky enough to get a table shortly after we arrived. Until today my wife had never found pancakes she liked as much as gluten pancakes. Now she would choose these gf pancakes over any pancakes made with regular flour. This place is going to get all our money because we won’t be able to stay away. Definitely worth your drive.

1st time here. Had scrambled eggs, home fries, chicken sausage, and a GF blueberry muffin - all very good! Home fries were slightly sweet as though there were fried sweet potatoes in there as well - still very good. Friendly well-informed staff. Best of all, no reactions even hours later.

The best. Super knowledgeable staff, food is delish. Had the Huevos Rancheros and GF blueberry pancakes, and took home the most delicious GF brownie & chocolate chip coffee cookie.

GF Pancakes cooked on cleaned griddle and/or separate griddle. My child loved it and we went back 3 days in a row. As a family of 4 picky eaters and serious home cooks, we all enjoyed the food and service so much so we came back every day of our stay in East Stroudsburg and would have fined on Tuesday but the cafe is closed. The cafe gets crowded as it seems to be very popular with locals but we got lucky with being accommodated by other customers willing to move to smaller tables to enable a family of 4 to be seated at a larger table. The service was excellent, everything was served hot and fresh.

My mom and I are celiac. We found this cafe on this app traveling home to Michigan from New York. This place is awesome! Gluten free pancakes, blueberry muffin, and bread! The staff is so knowledgeable and knew exactly what we were talking about. We didn’t get sick. The food was amazing! Definitely would recommend.

No gluten free menu but they have bread wraps and pancakes and they are careful. I tried two sandwiches and it was the best GF bread I ever ate. Soft fluffy roll! I couldn’t believe it. I’ve been craving a Banh Mi sandwich for 5 years and I finally had one. I’m celiac and incredibly sensitive. I had ZERO reaction. They are only open for breakfast and lunch which is a shame because I’m sure they’d be my new favorite place for dinner! I highly highly recommend for those with celiac.

The staff are great here. Very willing to accommodate and they are knowledgeable. I was just a little uncomfortable getting pancakes because the server said the chef would clean off the griddle. They do not have a GF griddle. But they said they would make the pancakes on pans if I wanted. Very willing to cooperate

very friendly service! When mentioning gluten free they were warm and open. They have gluten free pancakes and gluten free wraps available. No gluten free bread. The food was nice, but not outstanding. We went for breakfast, so maybe lunch is better. The only thing I really wished they had was a way to do the various versions of eggs benedict gluten free. The other thing that's to mention is the coffee was amazing. In this area that's not easy to find.
