I went in for a bagel. It was taken out of the freezer, defrosted in the microwave and sold to me for 4 dollars. When I asked about the cream cheese being contaminated, another server made an uneducated joke that made me feel uncomfortable. I will not go back there. The gluten free life style is not respected at this establishment.
I've loved the daily bagel and there starting to have more GF options. Some of the staff are still catching up on how to handle the allergy. But the owners are aware and looking to make it right. We've gone twice for GF and have kept and eye on the prep (relay easily to do) and so far we've been okay.
