Staff and owners are knowledgeable and care about making sure it’s safe to eat. Delicious food and great service. No gluten free menu or markings but will walk you through what is gluten free on the menu. I almost cried when eating their pancakes, so good I was shocked it wasn’t actually a normal pancake. I recommend the smoked chicken hash Benedict.

First of all the menu had a statement asking guests to let them know about food allergies. 👍🏾Our server was knowledgeable about gluten. No GF menu but just let them know up front what you need. She let me know they have dedicated cookware as well as keeping your GF order separate. Finally the food was delicious with large portions.

So many options! They aren’t listed on the menu but are working on one. The server is super helpful and can walk you through everything. Had the chicken and waffles and it was delicious! The chicken was hot and perfectly breaded. The waffles were light, fluffy, and buttery. Will go again while in town.

Fantastic gf breakfast prepared separately! I had chicken and waffles for the first time ever. All gluten-free. Worth the wait and impeccable service!

The food was so good I was worried I got the wrong thing. They ha e a dedicated cooking area. It's a popular place so call ahead or be prepared for a wait. The people were very friendly and helpful...the food was SO good.

Server Tristen was fantastic! Well worth the drive!

This place is a gem considering where it is. My waiter was extremely knowledgeable. Dedicated fryer and prep space per the waiter. Plenty of options. Food was pretty good - though they did not have a gf bun for my burger, just plain gf bread - but it is always nice to be able eat fries.

Great place for gluten free!!! Great ambience. Loved the Smoked Chicken Hash Benedict. James, our server, was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Lots of GF options including fries, waffles, toast and pancakes. Will definitely return.

The Depot good food, great friendly service, and the kitchen has a dedicated gluten free food prep area. The head chef, Mike, is very accommodating to those of us who have celiac or gluten sensitivity. They have gluten free bread as well. I’ve never been glutened there.

The waitress was also gluten free so she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had the gluten free french toast with bacon. The meal was delicious and I will definitely be back. They also offer gluten free pancakes, waffles, toast and sandwiches. They have a separate fryer for all food.

I can not say enough nice things about the staff and owner of The Depot. They have extensive training with allergens and were willing to check ingredients multiple times for my wife as they don't have a dedicated gluten free menu. Dana was an amazing waitress and went above and beyond. No one was treated any different than a normal walk in customer. They were a little bit out of the way for us to stop at but SOOOOOO worth it. We would have stopped here on our way back home but it was 45 minutes out of the way sadly. We bought a mug. And the food was so good, I tipped the cook.

Our waiter informed us that they just go ahead and make everything gluten free except for breaded items, gravy, and breads. They did have gluten free bread available as well as pancakes and waffles. Fried items had their own fryer. One in our family has Celiac and another is gluten sensitive so we all ordered gluten free. We all really enjoyed our meals. It was worth the drive for us!

Such a great place and the staff is great! There isn't a specific menu to look at but the staff was very knowledgeable and willing to look at any ingredients necessary to make me comfortable. The gluten free waffle was absolutely amazing. I had an omelet with hash browns and a waffle instead of toast for $10. None of the usual up charge for eating gluten free which is a nice change. Going to go there as often an possible before we move again!!

I love this place!! They are very knowledgeable about celiac disease and the food is great.

What an awesome place to eat. The owners truly understand what it means to accommodate celiacs as well as other allergens. My husband went today for lunch and I had an awesome sandwich on gluten free bed and fries that the chef(the owner) cooked in a separate pan. This is our new go to restaurant.

This was by far the best restaurant I have been to in Leavenworth. My only regret is that I knew about the gluten free options earlier so I could have taken advantage of this amazing restaurant for the last year we have been here. This family owned restaurant has a quaint, historic atmosphere and the service was impeccable. I asked about gluten free options and the waiter said to choose what I wanted and they could make it happen gluten free. I felt great afterwards too so I know they have a separate preparation space. I had a burger and fries with a gluten free bun. My parents were in town and both them and my husband loved their meals (non gluten free). I hate that I have to dictate where we eat because of my gluten intolerance and I could not have been more thrilled that everyone enjoyed their meal and I got my choice of a gluten free meal too. They have gluten free pancakes if you come for breakfast too :). We will definitely be coming back.
