Not sure what happened to this place. Today, when I said I have celiac, the server said, “we’re definitely not doing pizza” she offered if I really wanted a pizza they could clean an oven in the back, yeah No. she proceeded to tell me my best option is a salad, cringe words to someone with celiac. The “Wood Fired Wings” are fried. Disappointing

Delicious wood fired pizza with a GF crust. They use cauliflower crust cooked in the oven on a separate tray. The toppings are all prepped in house but away from the dough. The pizza cutter is thoroughly washed before cutting. The young man working the oven the night I was there was extremely careful and understanding!
