This is a certified fully gluten-free bakery and they’re nailing it! They opened yesterday and they already have their recipes perfected. We tried the fried donut holes, which are to die for. The vanilla maple flavor is reminiscent of a funnel cake! We also got the pumpkin ginger scones and oatmeal raisin cookies. Both tasted even better than I could’ve imagined! The owner and her mother are very personable and have real pride in what they’re creating. I can’t rave enough about this place!
