Review of The Dolphin Restaurant

The gentleman making the food at the sushi counter for lunch knew what was already gluten free and had tamari to make other items gluten free. We tried the spicy tuna rolls and the Hawaiian Poke bowl, and they were amazing. We live in Seattle and eat sushi often, and these were hands down the best rolls we’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place!
