Review of The Explorium Brewpub

They have multiple items (wings, fries) that are all listed as GF but after double checking they fry everything in the same fryers with breaded items so essentially making them all cross contaminated!! Told manager they need to revise their GF menu notations.

Items with no gluten added and prepared separately are indicated on the menu with a (G) symbol. A separate fryer is used for gluten free fries and clean pans are used for gluten free buns and pizzas.
