The Fermented Crepe is a new, cute little place on Main Street in Willimantic. Their savory batter is gluten-free, made of buckwheat and rice flour. You can sub any of the sweet crêpes for the gluten-free batter no problem. If you let them know that you are gluten-free then they will take extra care to clean the griddle. Trying brunch they have on Sundays is amazing and you can have the whole menu as long as you ask for the gluten-free batter!
