Fighting Burrito has a great allergen list. As far as gluten-free, everything is safe for Celiac’s except flour tortillas. I ordered a build-your-own burrito bowl with pork, beef, rice, beans, and corn salsa. Fighting Burrito also has tortilla chips that are gluten-free.
