It was horrible. I have celiac disease and tried their gluten free pancakes, they were disgusting. Do not recommend at all.

Yuck. This place is dirty and not celiac friendly
No
I would avoid this place especially if you have celiac. The server was not knowledgeable at all and told us the açaí bowl was GF but it had granola on it that had wheat in it. She literally rolled her eyes at me when I told her I had a gluten allergy and was super rude to me and my whole party. Also found hairs in my napkin and in my food. This place is gross.
Can’t go wrong with the grits, turkey bacon and fruit!

Our server was very attentive and extremely helpful. Wonderful grits!

Their food is delicious! I have been here several times. There are many Gluten Free options to choose from. I always mention that I need my food prepared Gluten Free for an allergy and the waitstaff is always very helpful.
The staff was very knowledgeable and not only handled gluten intolerance but also dairy intolerance. Great selections for those of us limited

I had a wonderful experience here. The waitress was very knowledgeable about Gluten free options. GF items were marked on the menu. They had a GF bread option as well to replace the biscuit for your order. I had the Piedmont Omelette with grits and GF Toast along with a Mimosa flight. The juices that they use for the flight are GF as well.

The most delicious grits! Server was knowledgeable and helpful. They were slammed and she still took the time to dip apple butter from a new jar for me. Each order comes with a complimentary biscuit and unfortunately I got toasted Udis sandwich bread. It was safe and toasted separately from everything else.

Flying Biscuit is a good place to eat. This was my first time eating at this location, and the menu is different (and didn’t seem to have as many GF options as I am used to having). However, I enjoyed my eggs, sausage, and grits. Their grits are always so good - don’t miss them.

I got the southern scramble. I told them i was gluten free which means no biscuit. I’ve also been avoiding cheese so I replaced the grits with fruit
