I had a wonderful experience here. The waitress was very knowledgeable about Gluten free options. GF items were marked on the menu. They had a GF bread option as well to replace the biscuit for your order. I had the Piedmont Omelette with grits and GF Toast along with a Mimosa flight. The juices that they use for the flight are GF as well.

The most delicious grits! Server was knowledgeable and helpful. They were slammed and she still took the time to dip apple butter from a new jar for me. Each order comes with a complimentary biscuit and unfortunately I got toasted Udis sandwich bread. It was safe and toasted separately from everything else.

A great experience. We tried it based off another recommendation. The do have gf options clearly listed on the menu and the waitress was knowledgeable about items. Food was delicious. I had an omelet, potatoes and grits.

Flying Biscuit is a good place to eat. This was my first time eating at this location, and the menu is different (and didn’t seem to have as many GF options as I am used to having). However, I enjoyed my eggs, sausage, and grits. Their grits are always so good - don’t miss them.

I got the southern scramble. I told them i was gluten free which means no biscuit. I’ve also been avoiding cheese so I replaced the grits with fruit
