They changed the vinegar they use and change gloves and clean area in between orders. I eat the Alaskan roll (without eel sauce) and the shrimp California roll. They also have gf soy sauce packets.

I was here on April 20, 2024. They changed vinegar brands and now offer GF sushi! The chef checked everything very carefully for me and even brought the sesame oil out so I could check the ingredients myself! This is my first visit and I was concerned because of previous reviews but they clearly took the feedback and made changes, which is amazing ❤

They use vinegar with wheat in it. Mizukan brand. The chef was very apologetic and said he thought it was gluten free. They do not have any gluten free sushi.
