I was here on April 20, 2024. They changed vinegar brands and now offer GF sushi! The chef checked everything very carefully for me and even brought the sesame oil out so I could check the ingredients myself! This is my first visit and I was concerned because of previous reviews but they clearly took the feedback and made changes, which is amazing ❤

I used to love this place before being diagnosed with Celiac. I called and asked about gluten free options and they stated they do NOT have any gluten-free sushi.

They use vinegar with wheat in it. Mizukan brand. The chef was very apologetic and said he thought it was gluten free. They do not have any gluten free sushi.
