A five star rating isn’t high enough! The front of house and wait staff were all friendly and helpful and, for this celiac, the food was not just safe, it was outstanding as well! Highly recommend!

Ended up going here twice during our trip to Traverse City because it was so good. Had pho and summer rolls (with nuac cham instead of peanut sauce) the first night and chicken wings, pork ribs, and cơm the second night. It was all delicious and I felt completely safe - as long as you make it clear you have a gluten allergy/celiac, they’ll take all the precautions to avoid cc (including a dedicated fryer!). Highly recommend, will definitely return next time we head up to TC.

I had the pho. It was a very generous portion and tasted good. The staff is knowledgeable about gluten free and the menu. GF is marked on the menu. Very fast and friendly service! We try to come whenever we're in TC!

Good variety of GF options. The pho was good. The wings were great. Cornstarch was used to coat the wings and they have a dedicated fryer. Felt that they took GF and celiac seriously.

2 out of 5 of us have celiac. We all had Bun. Also the fresh summer rolls with shrimp, were amazing! Just stay away from the peanut sauce. Specify GF or Celiac. That shows me knowledge and understanding about how important and delicate my issues are. We had a wonderful, comfortable, meal.

They do a great job of making sure you are taken care of. They have gf tamari and use it for gf dipping sauces if you let them know. The wings are in a dedicated fryer upon request and are delicious! The pho is photastic as are the fresh spring rolls with tofu.

Celiac friendly?

I called ahead and staff confirmed that the Pho was gluten free and safe for individuals with celiac disease. We also ordered the shrimp summer rolls. Staff suggested a different sauce, since the peanut sauce is not safe, and said they had gluten free soy sauce available. It was delicious, and my boyfriend who has celiac disease did not get sick!
