The Gorge White House

This is a food truck that offers gluten green buns on burgers. They said fryer was dedicated gluten free also. My tummy bothered me a little bit after eating lunch there so not sure if it was the underdone burger patty or the fries (I didn’t eat very many though.) be prepared to wait for you order as we were there on an early sept Friday and it was 30-45 min wait. Beautiful ground to walk around and enjoy while u wait though!

Fantastic food! Best gf burger option in the area, and the best gf bun (which is a HUGE deal for me), and they don’t put any gluten in their fryers!

The man who runs it is very attentive and cautious with gf orders, even went on to humbly ask me to contact him if I ever were to get sick from their food because he wants to be honest about his reassurances.

We have to drive 40 mins to get there and they sometimes won’t take anymore orders for the night because they get so backed up, BUT! I sent them a fb message to ask if there’s a way I can contact them ahead of time by phone to find out if this might be the case, and they gave me that man’s private number and said I can text him personally to ask. Can’t say enough good things about their care and dedication to their customers. Love them!

Had the Classic Burger with gluten free bun, fries and tots. All were delicious. Fryer is gluten free so no worries with cross contamination.
