Review of The Great Karoo

My company pays for a free weekend at Kalahari every year, and we've gotten into the habit of getting breakfast our last day at Great Karoo buffet. It's pricy, but the selection is amazing and best of all, I've never gotten sick there. Because it's a buffet, I make sure I'm at the door when the restaurant opens at 8am. That way, there has not yet been an opportunity for cross-contamination on the buffet, and it limits chances in the kitchen. I make sure to ask about ingredients, and have never yet been steered wrong. I highly recommend spending the money to go here, it's delicious, just make sure you come at the beginning of the meal time. It may be fine later too, I just can't speak to it.
