Outstanding establishment, friendly atmosphere, food was fresh and delicious, gluten free pita bread with meal, not a specific GF menu but plenty of great options on the menu that are safe, spoke with waiter and he made sure food was prepared separately even suggested the safest options on the menu,, would highly recommend.

Great meal, most of the menu is gluten free. They have amazing gf pita from Saratoga gluten free goods and the chef will make your order special! Cash only so plan ahead.

This is a really great option if you want some classic Greek food. The restaurant is kind of small so I honestly expected the gluten free options to be sparse but the owner was incredibly accommodating. There isn’t a gluten free fryer but he willingly pan fries the fries and says he’s done that for many people before. The pita also tastes AMAZING and goes great with most dishes you can order it with whether that be gryo meat, feta or hummus. The food honestly all tastes great! Oh and the owner himself is super nice and has a lot to talk about. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time and he made great company, he had an interesting history and a lot to say. Overall, the place is charming, has great food and is very safe. If there’s any issue it’s narrowing down what to order! Oh yeah one other thing: the restaurant is cash only. There is an ATM, but just be wary of that if you prefer to not pay out of network bank fees.

Staff took the time to go over the entire menu and made sure that when I placed my order there was time to keep it separate and safe. They have yummy GF pita that doesn’t taste at all “GF” and it was a real treat to have a gyro again!! The fried cheese was delicious - just make sure you mention you’re celiac so they make it without the breadcrumbs and prepare it separately.

I’ve eaten here several times and have never gotten sick. Very basic but the owner is very friendly and the GF pita (and all the other food) is delish.
Yes
Little hole in the wall Greek restaurant in Troy. GF pita was tasty and they probably have the best grape leaves I’ve ever had.
