We find it really depends on who is working, when it comes to cross contamination.
When it's the owner working, she does an excellent job and is very careful and knowledgeable about celiac disease and whatvis in her ingredients! When we've gone and it's an employee working and there were other people ordering, then there was unfortunately lots of cross contamination (making multiple things at the same time without changing gloves, using the same utensils, etc).
Definitely don't go during peak times and be clear about cross contamination levels when you order!
That being said, the food is excellent and the portions are generous! Hopefully some more training can be done with employees to make it more safe!

i loved to get sandwiches from green and grain before i found out i was celiac — the food has always been great — on top of gluten free options for their wraps / rice bowls, any of their smoothies are gluten free as well (and super delicious). since finding out i’m celiac, i’ve been getting servings of pulled pork with bbq sauce from here, and the owner Hope is great at preparing this carefully for me! it’s a local business as well, and they prepare everything upon request, so customers have the opportunity to clarify any allergies or dietary restrictions when they order.
