They are amazing here. Our daughter with Celiac and two of us with NCGS ate here twice on our Asheville trip with no issues. GF biscuit is yummy. Make sure you tell them you have Celiac and they will take care of you. They have great hot cocoa which we had with almond milk.

They have celiac sensitive options. Let them know you have celiac and they will do there very best to keep you safe. I had the Waldorf wrap it was delicious. My daughter is dairy free and they went above and beyond to be sure she felt special. And they made my son homemade chocolate milk!

To die for GF biscuits! I had the egg and biscuit sandwich with habanero cheese and root hash. Delicious. Would be five stars but both mine and my companions lattes were lukewarm at best. Will definitely be back.

This place used to be great! Recently had the same issue as others-they aren't careful and they're clueless. Eat here at your own risk!

Hubby and I were here 3 times during our 5-day stay in Asheville. Loved the pumpkin spice smoothie and also the latte version. Also loved the chicken and cashew curry wrap. On the last visit he had the gf breakfast burrito and I had the Pura Vida Bowl, both very good. I had to have dairy free as well as GF, and that was no problem for them. Only note of caution is that they don't guarantee against cross contamination, so that could be problematic for those who are on the more sensitive side; hence only 4 stars (otherwise a 5).

As soon as I stayed asking questions about how is their bread and biscuits gf, the girl at the counter said. ... I don't really know. The owner just says that they are gf. They have TONS of gf options that include bread or wraps in some form. But I was not comfortable with the answer I got. So all I had was grits and a coffee. I recommend eat at your own risk. I chose not to. My non celiac family said the biscuits were to die for.

Fabulous food! I had the coconut curry rice bowl; the small was plenty in terms of portions. Will definitely be back.

Stopped here for a iced coffee while walking the streets of downtown Asheville. Was surprised there was no outdoor seating but was intrigued enough to go in. There were lots of GF options, particularly with breakfast items. If you are looking for some coffee and a snack I would recommend it.

We decided to check this place out while visiting the area. We came around 11:45 on a sat so the line was out the door but I think the wait was worth it. Hands down the best coffee I've had. I love having almond milk lattes. I ordered the roasted turkey BLT. I asked for it in a gfree wrap since their gfree bread contains egg. Super good and amazing fries! They had at least 8 diff gfree baked goods too but only 2 were vegan and gfree. I got the chocolate almond brownie and it was very good. I gave it only 4 stars because even though it was freezing out they wouldn't allow us to hold our puppy inside. So we had to keep him in the car. If you have food allergies, check this out! I'm pretty sure most if not all was organic as well.

The food is 5+ stars but the service is one star at best. The staff is never friendly and almost appear to be annoyed by you. I only go for the great food-allergy choices. Food is very slow to come out but I can live with that because I know it's being made fresh. Please address your wait staff/client service issues.

Amazing little full service coffee shop with delicious food and many GF options, including biscuits and bagels! The atmosphere is very laid back, the coffee is strong, and all their food is delicious!
