The entire store was welcoming. It was a great enviroment and everything looked amazing. The meal portion was super filling (with a GREAT English muffin), so we ended up taking sweets to go. I highly recommend the quiches and turnovers!

A really cute cafe that offers delicious gluten free food and treats. Whenever I visit the DC area, this is always a must. So far I’ve had The Happy Yolk breakfast, lemon sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and tiramisu and recommend trying them all!

I’ve also tried the cake pops but, while amazing, I have to warn anyone with lactose intolerance to be careful. My friend and I don’t have severe lactose intolerance yet we both had bad reactions to this treat. However, the staff are very accommodating and when asked about ingredients were really helpful in determining what might’ve caused us to react.

This is one of my favorite places. I especially love the quiches. I’ve come here for breakfast/brunch and it’s always good. The treats are yummy too. I wish the hours were longer, if it were open late I’d stop by after work all the time. Definitely worth a visit. Dedicated gf and delicious! If there’s not a spot on the curb there’s a free parking garage nearby.

Chicken pot pie and eclair were wonderful. The texture and taste of the crust was surprisingly good. My mom (not gluten free) loved her quiche and chocolate chip cookie and told me she would go back again. Cute setting. Staff was great.

Food was to die for i had the chocolate raspberry petit four and apple cinnamon crepes and my girlfriend had the omelette and both our meals were amazing. It was so cool being able to get anything without worry! if i lived in the area i’d be a regular but will have to make the trip once more before i leave virginia!

Such an extensive gluten free menu of savory, sweet, and pastries. We tried a quiche, strawberry crepe, ham and cheese crepe and English muffin which were all delicious!!! I’m not a huge English muffin person but definitely a must get from here!

I love this place - entirely gluten free! Tons of gluten free goodies, from cupcakes, to petit fours, to french tarts. They also do crepes and omelettes and more. We had the ham and cheese savory crepe and the strawberry and creme sweet crepe. Both were amazing!

We love Happy Tart. Almost everything is delicious and they have great seasonal options including gingerbread house kits at Christmas and seasonal cake pops for all the holidays. The decorated cookies are beautiful, but not the best tasting.

Love this place. Only thing is sometimes I call in a takeout order and when I arrive, they tell me it’s all out. The should check before confirming orders. One time I saw an employee eating the same variety of quiche I order as they were telling me they didn’t complete my order because they ran out!

I went today for brunch and everything was wonderful. A few things were out of stock like the quiche Lorraine I was hoping to try, but it was a busy Saturday so it’s not surprising. I couldn’t leave without taking some cupcakes home too. I will definitely be back to try more. I also loved they had a little frozen take home area, I wish I knew in advance I could preorder!

We met some fellow GF friends here for brunch and it was lovely! A huge selection of GF pastries, breakfasts, etc. It’s very casual, so don’t expect table service like at a restaurant. Highly recommend the crepes! I already pre-ordered a selection of goodies to bring home with us in a few days and I’m excited to try them all!

Pecan and almond tarts are delicious and the staff are super friendly! The wait for the kitchen items was really long when we arrived, so it’s a good idea to place orders in advance and arrive early since many of their items were already sold out.

Amazing crêpes ! Best I've ever had from anywhere in NOVA. Heavily recommend. They also have many pastries which have been so yummy and moist Everytime :) must go 100% gluten free, service was so kind, great atmosphere to sit and eat Sadly though, very few vegan options. Yes, it’s 100% gluten free. Unfortunately, everything I tried (and I went twice and ordered several different things) was just not good. I tried their coconut French toast one day, which was underbaked on the bottom and dried out on top. The eggs in the bottom were extremely soggy. My dining partner had the biscuits and gravy, and those biscuits were weirdly crunchy on the outside and underbaked on the inside. I thought okay, maybe their hot breakfasts aren’t great, I’ll try just plain old baked goods next time. So I ordered some cinnamon twists, and those had the same crunchy outside with underbaked (raw, really) inside that the biscuits had. They also tasted like they had been baked next to cinnamon rather than having cinnamon as an ingredient, there was almost no flavor. I’ve had my share of experiments that didn’t turn out with gf baking, but even my flops tasted better.

We ordered the flourless chocolate cake petit fours and the chocolate chip cookies for my celiac niece. They were a massive hit with her. And the non celiac family members who wondered how this was supposed to different from regular desserts.

The kitchen is gluten free and menu looks very interesting. The online ordering is a bit iffy and can do with some improvements.

My partner (gluten intolerant) and I (celiac) had an excellent experience eating here!!! I had the goat cheese, mushroom, onion, and sun-dried tomato omelette with a side of hash browns, mixed fruit, and an english muffin. He had the Fromage crepe with rosemary potatoes and a small salad. We also had the chocolate and raspberry petit-fours. The food was absolutely delicious!! I felt very safe, full, and happy. The servings were larger than expected as well. They have a good selection for Dairy Free people as well. Service was great as well. I highly recommend this place.
