Emma Cech (the owner/baker) and her staff are the most wonderful people ever to set foot in Northern Virginia for the celiac community! From desserts, to breads, to recommendations for local eats and snacks, you can't get more celiac-friendly than Happy Tart! They made our wedding cakes, and our guests didn't even know that they were gluten-free! :)
