The Healthy Hippo is a food truck that travels around Oklahoma City. The ladies know a lot about GF and cleaned the panini press before my order when I said I have Celiac Disease. They even checked and brought me the packages for food so we could check on my food allergies. The parfait is GF (I couldn't have because of my soy allergy). They have GF bread and corn tortillas and vegan and Whole 30 options.
