Sooo yum!! The fries have their own frier and were super crispy. I also got the spicy tuna crunchy shusi and it was great. I shared the rotisserie chicken for my meal and it was a lot of food and the chicken itself was super moist and delicious. Would definitely come back! I also got the wildflower—the coffee. It was pretty sweet but solid.
Very good! I would say at least half the menu is marked gf. (Although I didn’t ask about a dedicated fryer because I didn’t order anything that was fried). I got the Korean skirt steak and the Brussels sprout appetizer. Both were outstanding. Would order both again for sure. And great service too. The only downside is the restaurant is quite loud.
Gluten free items clearly marked on menu. Lots of good choices.
I was sick about 15 minutes into the meal. The food wasn’t marked and was brought out by the same staff member holding a fried and breaded sandwich, so that could have been the cause. The server was informed of gluten intolerance. Really wanted to love the food but getting ill so early in the meal, had to give the rest of my food to other people in my Party who don’t have gluten issues.
The staff is extremely knowledgable about Gluten issues and took extra time to ensure it was made GF. The spare rib was the best I have ever had!! My wife had the Korean skirt steak which was amazing as well. They also made truffle fries special with canola oil so it would not be in the same fryer as other items. They also provided veggie sticks in place of chips for guacamole (chips are made on site in a shared fryer).
