Great food and beer options - just a very deceiving menu. Several items are labeled GF, however, are not safe for celiacs (no dedicated fryer and they make things like chips in house). Just make sure you ask questions! They also serve Glutenberg beer!!

Good food, waiter was knowledgeable of how they cook the food and helped with avoiding any illnesses, their menu is way more health conscious than what they have listed highly recommend this place, chips are baked and not fried so they are GF

Great, fun place. Very attentive to GF needs. We were a group of around 12 women in town for a bridal shopping weekend. We stopped at The Hollow for a few cocktails before dinner. We were having such a good time and the staff was so attentive and accommodating that we canceled our dinner reservation and decided to dine at The Hollow. They have several GF choices on the menu, the shiitake polenta appetizer was amazing!!! After trying my app, my daughter order it for her dinner along with a salad. The next night we went to a different restaurant and everyone said they enjoyed The Hollow the best. There were three out of us that were GF. We all highly recommend this bar/restaurant for drinks, apps or dinner. Did I mention that they have live music on the weekends?
