The setting is amazing, the view is spectacular, the food is beyond delicious and the plates are visually stunning. The chefs (Casey & Rodrigo) took great care to personally go over the menu with me in order to ensure my safety. I was delighted at how many fabulous options were Celiac friendly. We dined at Cudahy Chophouse 3 times during our stay and the food was by far the best I’ve had on Mackinac Island. The entire staff was a delight to work with—they were helpful, friendly, and committed to my safety. My husband, who is not gluten free, totally agrees that this is the place to dine on Mackinac Island regardless of whether or not you have food sensitivities. Don’t miss the Pot de Creme—it’s without a doubt the best chocolate I’ve ever tasted!! Wear comfortable shoes so you can take the short stroll to Sunset Rock—the perfect spot for watching a beautiful sunset after dinner. Chances are, after you’ve experienced the tranquility of this enchanted end of the island, you want to book your next Mackinac Island stay at the lovely Inn at Stonecliff. They’re also very accommodating for breakfast, which is included for overnight guests.
