The Italian Oven is a family owned restaurant and has been around for a while now. Recently they have updated their website and menus to include Gluten-free Pizzas and Pastas. I have only ordered carryout so far but the staff has been knowledgeable about what could or could not be made gluten free. While I have eaten here and not had an issue I wanted in writing more clarification on their kitchen. I have sent an email asking about their cross contamination and kitchen manners and will update further when I get a response.
