I ate here with a group of friends. When I told the waitress I have celiac she was very knowledgeable and was able to tell me everything on the menu that was gf. Almost all of the menu can be made gf! A manager came out and assured me he would be overseeing the preparation of my food. The food was excellent, I'd reccomend the Cesar salad with no croutons, it was amazing.

Good experience at The Keg last week. It was my first time there. GF options are clearly marked on the menu and our waiter seemed perfectly knowledgeable about that. He brought bread to my husband and apologized they didn’t have any GF bread for me. I had the Sirloin Oscar and it was delicious!

My husband has celiac disease and very sensitive to gluten. The Keg had many gf options, which were clearly marked on the menu, staff were knowledgeable and assured us the restaurant had allergy protocols in place. We had a steak and lobster with baked potato, veggies and cauliflower mash, which were all delicious and did not have a problem. Se vice and atmosphere are great.

We ate here with a Celiac and a Low FODMAP. They did an amazing job of making sure there was no cross contamination. The manager even checked in with us on our allergies. Our best meal in Canada, so far!! We had the mixed lettuce salad with veggies, the NY Strip Steak, Baked Potato, and asparagus with red peppers. Excellent! We may go back again since we are still in town.

They have a lot of options and our server was well informed. Unfortunately I still came home with a reaction.

Not specific gluten free but we're very quick to accommodate my allergy. Recommended specific items to have and our waitress Heather knew which items would not be okay for me. She went directly to her manager to confirm.

Malgré l’absence de menu dédiée, la majorité des plats au menu peuvent être adaptés pour accommodé le sans gluten. Par ailleurs, ils ont pris soin de mélanger ma salade et cuire mon steak sur un espace dédié pour éviter la contamination croisée! Vraiment une expérience extraordinaire!

The food was fantastic and it felt very safe. The waiter was very knowledgeable and the manager even came out to reassure us three times that everything was gluten free and personally brought out the gf food! The menu had lots of things marked as gf and the crème brûlée was the best thing I’ve ever eaten.

The staff was incredibly helpful not only with GF options, but also with dairy free options as our eldest daughter and I and are both DF as well. Our server was able to tell us which items were safe, and they also have an allergy menu online. Even the manager came over to confirm that we would be getting food that fit our allergy concerns, and we all had an excellent and safe meal!
