This place deserves Michilen stars! It is a bit pricey but come on, it is too 5 meal of my life! I had the tomato burrata. The added sea salt was such an amazing touch. The seafood trio was so worth it. Shrimp, perfectly grilled. Lobster delicious with yummy melted butter. Huge, meaty crab. The rice was so delicious, I could have just had the rice with hints of cheese, onion, and mushrooms. Yum. Will be returning! Will make dedicated trips to Canada for this place.

Many gluten-free options including most steaks, numerous appetizers, two desserts and all sides except rice pilaf. Gluten free menu available online and full allergen list available in restaurant. They seem to take all reasonable precautions to prevent cross contamination.

The staff at the Keg were very aware and careful about allergens and cross contamination. I was able to feel safe and eat a full meal that tasted delicious.

As soon as they heard celiac is why we need gluten free they explained the process and the manager brought out my daughter’s dad and dinner to reassure us it was all prepared safely. Was amazing

One of the best restaurants for gf options and knowledge. Waiter was reassuring and confirmed there was no cross contamination.
