Both the food and the service were very good. GF is marked on the regular menu and there is a good selection. Server confirmed with the kitchen that what I was ordering would be safely GF. I had the pistachio crusted salmon (tasty) with garlic mashed potatoes (yummy); they had run out of the roasted Brussels sprouts so subbed with roasted zucchini and red bell pepper. Only dessert option was creme brulee and it was good.

Great experience at this location. The menu lists which items are gluten free. The server made sure to ask if I had a sensitivity or celiac and helped me with the options. Later, the manager, Liz stopped by to explain all the precautions they take with a separate prep area for the meal. It was really nice and reassuring.

I love going to The Keg as the servers are always really pleasant and take care to reassure you that your gluten-free order will be taken seriously.

GF items are marked on the menu and there is a fair selection of yummy items to choose from. I always go for steak as that’s their specialty!

Each time I’ve been, after I’ve placed the order, a manager will then appear at the table and double reassure me that all my items will be cooked with extra care to ensure there’s no risk.

Unfortunately, they don’t have a separate fryer for chips, but the baked potato is a nice side that’s a little different and GF.

They do awesome cocktails and nice crème brûlée too!

Amazing. Manager comes to have a conversation with you to inform you that the kitchen takes your allergy/intolerance seriously. Lots of lovely options

They went the extra mile to make sure I felt safe. The food and service were both excellent. The manager came out with some extra reassurance. Probably the best experience I have had in a restaurant since my Celiac diagnosis. Had the wedge salad with blue cheese, rib steak and creme brulee...no issues.

Whenever I travel I try to find a Keg because I know I can have a delicious and SAFE meal. The Cesar salad dressing is bottled and they sell it in grocery stores and it is GF! I also will often have the fish entree and ask for it to be baked and seasoned very plain just to reduce any possibility of cross contamination. I also get a Cesar salad and add salmon if I’m having lunch or a smaller dinner. The mashed potatoes are also GF and super delicious. The manager always comes out to speak to us and lets us know they’ll ensure our meal is safe and handled with care. You can always ask to speak to a manager and let them know you are Celiac and they’ll take care of you.

My husband and I went there for our anniversary last night and it was the best experience I’ve ever had dinning out. I said “I have celiac” and before I could say anything else the waitress instantly told me my food would go through a two step verification, one through her and one through the manager. The restaurant staff was super friendly and educated, the chef/manager even came out to talk to me and give me options. (Everything was clearly marked GF, but she ensured it to be “celiac friendly”) They made my food COMPLETELY separate in a safe work space. They even surprised us with a GF dessert, créeme brûlée, for our anniversary (it was gone by the time I could take a picture of it). I had the Chicken Masala, the chicken was so moist it didn’t even need a knife to cut into it. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND.

The managers mom has celiac. He told my waiter and the kitchen staff about my allergy before we even ordered. It was amazing. Most caring staff and the food was FANTASTIC! I wish we had one of these in the United States!

The best place which I could find for my celiac son in our trip. The stuff was very nice and understanding food allergy. The manager came to our table to be sure my son have gluten free meal. She double check if his dessert is peanut free. I was very happy finding this place and recommend to stop there if you are in Toronto. (Food was great, everything fresh made).

The waitress was very accommodating helping me make substitutions for a gluten free meal. She sent the manager to confirm the food was safe and when the food took a little bit longer she reassured me that it was because they're careful to wash everything first. I had the fries (which they baked instead of deep frying to avoid CC). The manager brought the food out to reassure me that precautions were taken to ensure safety. I felt very safe eating here.

Bacon wrapped scallops were good. Bacon wrapped Filet was very good. Ordered side of mushrooms that were excellent. Side of grilled shrimp was over done. Very gluten friendly menu and environment.
