Had the BLT on a GF bun. Bun was really good. Server was knowledgeable, asked it it was preference or allergy, and advised me that fries were not made in a dedicated server. Substituted apple sauce. Made sure to mark my meal as gluten free, prepared it away from other food and marked as allergy when delivered to table
