The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten allergies and they assure one person preparing the gluten free meal to prevent cross contamination. The food was delicious, a great view, and the staff went over the top to make sure our experience was safe and enjoyable.

Very accommodating staff. Wiped kitchen surfaces down before preparing my meal and used different pans for my food. and the food was delicious
