Great little place in Wake Forest. I am Celiac and dairy free and their chicken salad is very good and completely safe. Also had the chick pea salad and it was really good also. More gluten free options available if you do t have to worry about dairy.

Cute little lunch spot in downtown Wake Forest. I love their chicken salad. Wish they had gf bread because their sandwiches look amazing. We love their infused waters.

The owner and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They offer multiple gf and vegan choices. It’s a soup salad and quiche kind of place. They have always offered to make my plate fresh in the back. All the salads are kept in a deli case, if the dish is near something with gluten in it, they will actually refuse to put it on your plate. Maybe it’s just that they know me and I am super sensitive. Food is delish. My only complaint is that every lunch comes with a sweet “bite” (brownie, bar, cake). So bring your non gf friends and they can have TWO sweet bites. FYI They’ve never even tried to set the sweet bite on my plate it alway is tucked onto my friend’s plates. 😊
