My experience did not match the reviews. Maybe the food is fresh at noon but I went on a Saturday at 6 pm and the food looked like it had been out for a long time. Portions are small. The salmon is dry. The experience was underwhelming. The area was not overly clean.

I really liked this place! The ingredients are fresh and tasty, and the portions are quite large. It usually lasts me at least 2 meals unless I’m starving. All the ingredients are gf, so I’ve never had any issues. One of my favorite grab and go places in the city!

Sort of like a “healthy Chipotle.” The falafel balls are kind of dry but the sauces are decent. Decent spot for an okay / quick lunch/dinner or fairly healthy takeout.

We LOVED our meals here! We tried several different bowls including the Paleo Bowl and the Turkey dinner. Everything fresh, seasoned perfectly. My daughter is LowFodMap and Gluten Intolerant and she had zero issues after this meal. Best lunch all weekend.

Everything is really fresh and delicious. I had the tofu and the beet falafels with the crema and chipotle dips, and the avocado lentil dip. It tasted like heaven. Everything is gluten free… the lovely lady said! It was healthy and delicious.

Yummy bowl. Was at conference centre for a huge conference. Line was long and staff couldn’t keep up with debates but were trying their best. Just understaffed for the lunch rush. Food was good and I love a gf dedicated place.
