I ate here twice during my visit to South Beach. Once for breakfast and once for lunch. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. The breakfast menu was easier to choose from - I had the juevos rancheros and they were amazing. Lunch was okay but the fries are not gf and they played them with my sandwich even though I asked for a salad instead. The food, once safe, was great though. They have gf bread but it is not listed on the menu.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
There were gf items on the menu, but the server and the kitchen staff said they had gluten. They didn't understand and simply said no to make their lives easier. I finally got a gf meal, but I totally had to beg and explain. It was quite absurd. I would have gone elsewhere if others in my party hadn't ordered already. Won't go back.
On Saturday & Sunday brunch is served until 5pm. They offer a regular menu as well. Both menus are small but have good GF options. I had the fish tacos (they come on corn tortillas) and they were super yummy.
