The Lounge at DeLille Cellars

Had dinner here twice. I believed the fryer is dedicated but waiter was dismissive of my questions.

Second time eating here I read a review on google that they do not have a dedicated fryer. I asked both the hostess and the waitress. Waitress tells me, yes dedicated. The hostess tells me they have dedicated baskets but all oil is shared and goes through the same filter. I did not eat anything fried based on that info.

Kind of strange that I get different answers though! The waitress and the hostess were both very nice. Was told they have a scratch kitchen and can make things GF that aren’t listed. The GF items on menu are marked.

Food is good, great wines. I would advise to go when it isn’t crowded and ask questions, check throughout just because of the inconsistencies I’ve experienced.

I have frequented this establishment many many times and have never been sick. Staff is super kind and knowledgeable. Food is delicious. So glad to have this gem so close by.
