I believe they just recently (August 2023) changed the menu so the only GF dish is teriyaki chicken. I was a bit worried that mine came out with all of the others, and without a GF sign, but I was then told that all of the teriyaki they use is gluten free. I felt fine after and it was delicious.

The only GF option here is the teriyaki chicken, which was fine at best. But proceed with caution. The teriyaki chicken just "happens" to be gluten free, and even though I ordered the "allergen safe" teriyaki chicken, I don't think there is a difference between that and the regular one. There seems to be no effort to curb cross contamination. When I walked up to the pickup window, my dish was surrounded by many other non-GF plates and bowls, and I didn't see gloves on any of the workers. My dish came on the same tray as my partner's non-GF ramen, and the broth on the rim of the bowl looked like it was about to drip onto my plate at any moment. One wrong move would've sloshed gluten all over my meal. I would say the risk for cross contamination is higher here than other locations. I was disappointed in this because the other dining locations in Disney have been very strict about allergy preparation. To make things worse, the dish itself wasn't tasty and didn't have a ton of flavor. However, this is one of the only places in Disney that offers GF options that aren't burgers or hot dogs, so I'd be willing to try again. I would recommend ordering in person, not with mobile order, to make it clear that you need food prepared separately and delivered on a separate tray.

Always safe and delicious. No allergy sticks are given at most quick service places here but allergy precautions are still used!

Had the gluten-free teriyaki chicken. When I picked up my mobile order my item was not tagged with the allergy stick as my husband had the regular teriyaki chicken. The individual at the restaurant said they were both gluten-free. Also their were only a couple pieces of chicken in my meal— all vegetables. Felt ripped off. Definitely would not recommend.

The person at the window didn’t know anything about what was gluten free so I asked for the chef. He said that the teriyaki chicken and kids meal was gluten free. I went with the teriyaki chicken and I asked him about cross contamination and he offered to prepare it himself in a separate area. I didn’t get sick and will go back! Just be cautious when ordering and ask all the right questions. Disney is always willing to help!
Update: I went back during a busy night and the chef said there was cross contamination and not a separate area. I’d say this place is a hit or miss.

I loved my meal here. Nothing fancy but it tasted good and I didn't get sick.

The people were very nice but the food was not that great. Didn’t have much flavor.
Super tasty teriyaki! I was shocked it was gluten free and delicious.
Food was delicious and I didn't get sick. My only concern is that my allergy order was given a fortune cookie. Packaged, but if I had been less familiar with these needs, I might have eaten it and gotten very sick.

Ask for the allergy menu. I had tofu with veggies rice and coconut curry sauce... delicious!! So happy with it. Serving was a decent serving, filled me up for dinner. I can see previous reviews mentioned small servings and lack of veggies, it looks like they have changed both of these as I have no complaints. I can’t offer a photo because I ate it too quickly! It was 12.49USD.

I'm use to Disney prices, but I was still a bit shocked to get two pieces of tofu, white rice and a side of sauce for $12. I would've enjoyed a token veggie in there. This was as safe as you would expect a Disney meal to be, but probably the most boring meal in the park.
Yes
Just meat on brown rice with a side of gf sauce. No veggies on mine, they said cross-contaminated - don't know if that was just today or always... Seems safe, but boring.

Had a great gluten free menu.
Separate Teriyaki sauce for gluten free.
Staff was helpful and nice!

I have Celiac and ate here twice during our Disneyland visit. I asked for their allergy menu and had the GF Teriyaki Beef. Seemed a little small beef portion but was good. They keep the teriyaki sauce on the side for you to add as much as you like. It's more of a marinade style teriyaki sauce vs. a glaze.
Great place to eat. They have a teriyaki bowl that is delicious. And they have me carrots instead of fortune cookies. And a chef talks to you.
Disney rocks! Had both the beef and chicken teriyaki bowls and they were great. Have been traveling to Disney for years and all of the food service has been awesome. I have never gotten sick when here. They have always been very accommodating.
kiddos enjoyed teriyaki chicken bowl. :) chef came and took our order and made sure we felt safe.
This place absolutely rocks! They speak to you about your allergy and the food was delicious!!!
