Sandwiches can be made with gluten free bread. From the owner: "I don't have a dedicated toaster but it hasn't been an issue. I would gladly get one though. The rolls can be warmed in the microwave on a plate so that will work. I do use a fresh knife to cut with but it is virtually impossible for me to make sandwiches in a hurry during a rush with all the same condiments and guarantee it. When someone is highly sensitive and they let me know, I will take every possible measure, move to another counter, use new utensils and condiments from a packet. Make sure to tell the waitress to alert me too."
