Dedicated fryer. I had the best fries in, like, forever! They are very informed of cross contamination and were extra careful.

The Maple Kitchen in Brownsville Vermont just served me the best GF/LF meal. The chef, Hafid Rkiki, came to my table and spoke with me about ALL his foods ingredients before whipping me up something special ....due to my enormous list of food allergies. Krista was a fabulous waitress. She also understood food allergies because her mothers is as sensitive to food as some customers.
