This place is great! chef has celiac so almost the entire menu is naturally gf (wish they would note that somewhere even just at the bottom of the menu small). Only things I couldn’t have were the focaccia bread and the ravioli. Shared the halibut and the baby chem salad. That salad was one of the best I’ve had- and had gf cornbread croutons on it which was exciting to see! Such a cute space and friendly/knowledgeable staff. Loved it!
Update: Came here for brunch and it was also amazing! I had the oak salad w chx and French fries (dedicated fryer 😊)!!! Couldn’t recommend more and such a cute place
Such a lovely spot! The server walked me through the menu and identified the 2 items I wouldn’t be able to have (focaccia and a ravioli). There were plenty of starters and entrees that were all available as inherently gluten free - it’s always exciting to have many options to choose from! Also they confirmed the fries are gluten free as they don’t make anything in the fryer that contains gluten. They also had 3 dessert options that were gluten free as well. I had a great meal and felt confident eating there. The server was able to answer my questions and provide reassuring guidance. Also side note, it was a special occasion meal for us and they gave us a Prosecco toast to start which was so nice! Will definitely be back.
Absolutely loved my meal here! Like the other reviewers said, the head chef is celiac and the whole menu is gluten free except for two things. I had the sweet potato lasagna and it was delicious. The menu is seasonal though, so curious what it will look like for the fall.
Are you kidding me!? How has no one been talking about this place. Gave it a try with a friend last night and was so impressed. Chef here has celiac, almost the entire menu is safe to eat from- maybe three things that were a no go. It’s a little on the pricey side but standard for the area. Def a wonderful date spot. So chic and pristine and the food was fabulous. Zero cross contam. I do find it weird that a Celiac chef wouldn’t label things as GF on the menu itself or boast about their amazing ability to cater to other GF diners- but I’ll let it pass since I know this is a reliable delicious option.
Delicious food, almost everything was already or could be made gluten-free. Server was knowledgeable about what was gluten-free.
I can't believe this restaurant hasn't been discovered by other FMG diners. I can't recommend it highly enough! While it's not a dedicated GF restaurant, almost everything on the menu can be made GF if it isn't already. And the food is absolutely delicious. Every server I've encountered has been fully knowledgeable about celiac disease and has gone out of their way to make sure that I'm safe. The inside is very nice and there's outside dining as well. While it may be on the pricier side, it's not out of line for the area. This is a great find and I hope that it stays in business for a long time.
