We had a truly wonderful experience at the Melting Pot with our family. There were 7 of us in the party, two celiac who had to eat gluten free, the food was delicious and the two wait staff assigned to our table in a private room were over the top terrific, both so attentive to our dietary needs and explained everything about the food, the way to choose it, cook it, and not cross contaminate. They had gluten free bread options for the first course to dip the cheese into. We had our two kids who loved the experience of dipping and cooking and both devoured everything served. The cocktails and mocktails were delicious. No issues afterwards at all for our two family members who have celiac. The only thing we wished happened was we didn’t get so full and could have saved room for the chocolate dipping so we’ll definitely go back for dessert!

Fantastic dining experience! My son and I are symptomatic Coeliacs and have never got sick after eating at the Melting Pot. Very knowledgeable staff. Costly but worth every penny.

We had Michael H as our server absolutely wonderful, we had a small mishap at the beginning with knowledge of cross contamination, he fixed it immediately, very knowledgeable about celiac

The melting pot in Orlando has a great menu for gluten free and I also have celiacs and they did everything they could to make sure I didn’t have cross contamination between myself and 5 other people in our group. You might have to bring it up a couple times just to make sure but they did a really great job, we had one mistake but they brought new food and broth out no problem. Highly recommend.

Ideal if everyone you're dining with doesn't mind sharing all gluten free options because of cross contamination. They have gf bread and brownies/cookies. Almost all of the fondue is gf, and they can sub out things.

The food is very good, and the staff is very nice. However, I got very sick after eating at this location. I will chalk it up to having a waiter who was training but am unsure if this is safe for people with Celiac disease.
For my sons 9th birthday I decided to bring him here, I’m so glad I did he loved it and there Knowledge of gluten free was wonderful.

Great experience with many gluten free options. Be mindful of dining with non gluten free people since you share oil and chocolate (you get 1-2 burners depending on party size). But this can be worked around by pouring chocolate and cheese on your plate rather than dipping and cookie glutened options last (and asking for multiple burners)

so many gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian/pesco options. staff is very knowledgeable, the manager made sure w3 had a table with more than one burner so I could have gluten free and my gluten eating family had their own. service was fantastic and the meal was delicious.

Very impressed! I have avoided this restaurant for the past year, scared of cross contamination. I finally broke down and went with a friend, who also has gluten-sensitivities. I am sooo happy we did. Our server, Sean actually took the time to walk us through the menu, and needed no explanation from us at all- he knew exactly what we could and could not eat. I ordered a drink with Makers Mark in it, and he came back to tell me it was not GF, due to winter wheat used in production. So I walked away without any issues with the food, had a great meal and learned something new about Makers Mark. The Owner Mark, (yes, owner!) came to the table and made sure everything was ok, and told us that he has gluten allergies in his family, and understands the importance of properly training and educating his staff to accommodate all guests. Also worth mentioning, they will be happy to serve 2 separate fondue pots at a table if necessary, so the entire table does not have to eat gluten free! Will return again, many times, with confidence. Definitely a great place to eat and enjoy!

Eating here tonight was a great experience. The staff was well trained in what a celiac patient needs. I was given GF bread to dip in cheese and both GF sponge cake and brownies to dip in the chocolate. great experience.

Never on my radar, BUT I read an article by Gluten Free Dad about how it is Gluten free safe spot certified by an independent company. We were surprised at how well versed the employees were the variety offered. So far no one has gotten sick. Everything is brought/made in front of you by you and everything was labeled on the menu. The dessert was the best! GF brownie and cookie that weren’t hard as a rock. I doubled checked with the waitress every time and she wasn’t annoyed by my questions!

The waiter was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Almost all of the cheeses could be made gluten-free, they had gluten-free bread to dip in the cheese, and gluten-free brownies and snickerdoodles to dip in the chocolate. Amazing experience and didn’t get sick!

Menu has labels for GF options. When I’m able to have an appetizer, main course AND dessert at dinner I appreciate it. They have GF bread for cheese dip appetizers. And GF brownies for chocolate dip dessert and (for a small up charge) macarons! Don’t sleep on The Melting Pot!

Wonderful gluten free experience. Very knowledgeable staff and the food was delicious. There’s really barely any difference between the gluten and non gluten platters.

Our waiter seem very well informed. He reviewed the menu with me to ensure that I knew what could be offered gluten-free as food came out to the table. They confirmed what was gluten-free. We had our own pot to cook in separate to the people that we were with, I would definitely eat here again
